Commnunication channel in the Runtime workbench

Hi.

I created sender and receiver communication channels, but I can't see them in Runtime workbench. all the objects are activated.

Also for the full cache refresh http://server:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

Should I only use User PIDIRUSER, but I have no pwd for that user.

I am just wondering why?

Can any experts give me a hint.

I have no access to use, a team member said he used the URL http://server:50000/CPACache/refresh?mode=full refreshed the cache, but seems not to me. Is using the URL the right way to refresh SLD cache?
