Dear all,
After upgrading from Portal 7.0 to 7.4 we are having a issue with the Portal Content Management. I have full administrator access but I can't find or edit our custom iviews, pages, roles and worksets.
I can access the Content Administration role then Portal Content Management but I can't find the objects (iviews, pages, etc), you can see at attached image.
Someone could help?
Best regards,
Fernando
Hi Fernando,
Please apply SAPnote 2154905 as it will solve the Portal content management issue.
As a workaround, access the portal content management using another browser e.g chrome
as the issue with portal content management occur only in IE.
Best regards,
Etay

Dear Etay,
We applied the mentioned note and the issue is resolved, thanks.
But we are not able to open the Portal with another brower (eg Chrome), we got an error message "Not possible to open iView. The iView is not compatible with your browse."
Before the upgrade from 7.0 to 7.4 we were able to open with Chrome.
Do you know how to resolve this?
Thank you
