SAPKB70019 DDIC_ACTIVATION Problem

Hello everybody,

I try to install via SPAM SAPKB70019 for my ERP IDES 6.0 .

Unfortunately in Phase DDIC_ACTIVATION an error appeared.

Import Logs from queue:

Field KEY: Component type or domain used not active or does not exist

Nametab for table /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0001 cannot be generated

Nametab for table /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0020 cannot be generated

I implemented all nessesary notes from "822379 - Known problems with Support Packages in SAP NW 7.0x AS ABAP"

Can anybody please help me.

Hi Bernhard,

The recommendation is to delete the structures:

/1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0001

/1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0020

using SE11.

If you activate HRFORM SAP_PAYSLIP, these structures will be generated again.

Hello Cristiano,

this is an IDES system out of the box. I don`t know if HRFORM SAP_PAYSLIP is activated.

In SE11 I can`t delete data type /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0001 /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0020 is used by /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____T0001 and this is used by DIM_EMPLOYEE and than the delete button is shown grayed 😞

Is there an othe way to continue the SPS installation ?

Hi Benrhard,

You need to drop the structures below using transaction SE11:

/1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0001

/1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____L0020

I assume that, since this structure is used in structure /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____T0001, an error might be thrown. So you need to delete even this structure. But /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____T0001 should have been used in some other structure like /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP.

So you would need to delete the component (for example DIM_BANK) which has the component Type /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____T0001 in structure /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP first.

Thus, please do a 'Where-Used' search during deletion to check if this is used in any of the DDIC structure and you would need to remove that. Make sure that you are deleting/modifying only those structures or DDIC Objects which has prefix '1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_____'.

In case you would need to use HRFORM SAP_PAYSLIP, you would require to generate and activate the HRFORM which will, in turn, regenerate the structure in the system.

I know, it involves some hard work, but should solve the issue.
