Hi All,

Please help me with this weird problem!

l launched a Plan for 'test of control effectiveness', the tester received the task in his work inbox. However, the test steps that was defined are not to be seen.

Steps that i did in order ;

1. Created proces-subprocess-control structure

2. created manual test plan and assigned to control

3. Assigned subprocess and control to organization

4. Maintained tester

5. Launched planner for Test of control effectiveness

the period for all begins 01.01.2015 and the planner is for October 2015.

Please help as to why are the test steps not seen in this screenshot..

Hello Manisha,

if SP level is 11,then check and implement the below Note for correction

2181730 - Test Step missing when user opens the workitem for test control effectiveness

Implemented this note and it is resolved.. Thanks a ton

However, mu old test plans are still there.. can i delete them? It is not possible through front end. Do you have any document on how to delete assessments...Something that is atleast not available for the end user..

Test plans are stored in table:HRP5327 and search with object type PQ
