IW13- list order per reservation?

Hi PM Guru,

In IW13, order list can not be listed per specified material # even though it is the correct order status and period.

May I ask if order can be listed if material is booked via reservation?

Hi All,

I just got our support that since we implemented 1753064, which reads material movement and cause the error message and no result is generated if there is NO material movement.

Then, we applied Note 1819741 which turns off 1753064 and the report works perfect.

May be in your organization, materials are not issued using reservervations. You can use MSEG Table with movement 261 and 262.

You are supposed to respond to the queries made by members what is happening when you run with only Material number.

Whether it is running indefinitely ?

OR

Throwing error ?

OR

Giving 'No objects were selected' message ?

OR

Blank ALV screen?

Hi Sally,

It looks bit irrelevant, you need to take a trace to analysis it finally.

Since you are able to login into IW13, the first two SU53 authorization error looks irrelevant.

Next error is with respect to personal number, you can check in SUIM passing the auth object and relevant details, check whether there is any missing access.

Please contact your security / basis consultant on this issue.

Now it is confirmed that this is Localized issue, which can only be helped by you Security (BASIS) group . I'm not hopeful forum will be able to help in such a way that you will be able to resolve this issue without involving your BASIS.

It is not concered with authorization as I am able to get in the tcode IW13.

Would you please try if material list can be generated if you only specify work order no.?

If yes, it is due to the config.

One more question, here service with control key PM02 can be listed in IW13.  Is it the standard output for IW13?

For the first query it is 'YES'. I'm able to.

Hi Sally,

Can you please check whether you have access to Plant 1100 and 2000

Use the parameters shown in your screenshot and pass the values in SUIM transaction to check whether you have sufficient access.

Another way is check the Material or Order whether this belongs to Plant 1100 and 2000. Since IW13 transaction can be restricted with respect to Maintenance Planning Plant and this seems to be missing with your access.

Ａs I can see it, it is not an authorization issue because I  can access IW13 and I am able to list the material /service requested via work order there if all the selection field is blank.

I am not able to check the config on "define documentation for goods movement for the order".

Maybe that is the cause.

Thanks for your reply. Below is the screenshot provided by you, which says the rest.

To validate further, go to your roles and post us the screenshot of this authorization object.

If they have not maintained 1100 and 2000, you will not be able to execute the report. I could not test it in my system, will try to respond again in another 3 hours.

Here I am not granted to plant 1100 and 2000 so that is why it says so. I can list the component within the plant granted in IW13 if all the selection condition is blank except order status.

How to see the authorization object? So I can do a screendump.

In your earlier post, you have already shared the screen dump of the authorization error.

You can also take it by using /nSU53 in IW13 transaction.

Final attempt, You can request your ABAPer to debug the case, if this shows the output with Material input it should display during Order intput also.

I tested your scenario, when we receive the message as "no object for this selection" SU53 becomes crazy and gives authorization issue for planning plant and tcode, which is irrelevant.

1. This shows the material 6007497 is on this work order

2. IW13, I specify the material 6007497 with all order status and without date specified.

There is no data generated.

Whereas It works if I blank out the material field.

Why?

Hello Sally,

It is working for me. If you are encountering with blank output, then check whether any filter is used. If you are getting 'No Objects were selected' message then ensure blank Date field in the selection screen (as shown in your picture) and Execute.

What do you mean by "it works" when material has been blanked out? Do you see the list for that specific material as well?

What do you see when you list TABLE RESB for this material?

Yes,

It can be listed. I already told you. It's working for me. (Seems this sentence is not understood to you). Only thing is it takes long. If you want to reduce the response time, give Order type also. Hope it is understood now. You haven't answered the queries yet.

The only way which makes it work is to leave everything blank except the order status.

That lists all the Orders with service or material.

Any clue on that?

Yes I did.

There is no such case.

If Ｉblank eveything except the order status , it will bring in all order with service and/or material request in IW13.

Please help me diagnoise.

In this order, there are 2 material request represented as 2 GI here.

In IW13, I specified the same order no with all order status, it says no object found.
