We had two characteristics earlier, but only one is available now that too is not the one which we had already. Screen shot attached for showing the difference in production
But as you mentioned that these characteristics are not appearing so i have asked you to check in the characteristics master that these are exist or not by using CT04.
If you need that characteristics only for finished material then in the material master you need to select the characteristics tab and select the desired characteristic.
