Error:- Details Item 10: No item category could be determined

Hi team,

I am getting error on user enter serial number on header item 10 value is coming ..i don;t want to display item here.how to remove this entry.and error is showing.

Diagnosis

No matching item category could be created for the item.

Unless the item category is determined,  determination of the following items may not work properly :

Text procedure

Partner procedure

Status profile

Org. data profile

Date profile

Action profile

Obj. reference profile

Procedure

If necessary, check the item category assignment for the relevant document type, and describe it.

Hi team,

Could you please help here. i have checked on Define item category in spro.ZJIS service orders working fine.but this marked transaction types getting error as below.

error - Details Item 10: No item category could be determined

Please help here. any changes required here or any  missing?

Hi Kalpana,

I see that item usage and main item category not defined. Can you check after assigning similar usage and main item category to it.
