Dear Experts

I have doubt in  flow iw32-dp80-va22

In iw32 Internal labour, Over head and Spares are COSTS pls find below screen shots

But to DP80(no screenshot below) and as well Quotation only Internal labour and Spares are copied not OVERHEAD COSTs.

Could any body tell what went wrong and over head costs are not flowing into DP80 and quotation, what are the settings i have to make so that over head costs also copied to DP80 and quotation

Hi Murali,

Create  DIEN material named with Overhead and assign this material in your DIP profile.(ODP1)

Check attached screen shot

Hi vivek

Thank you verymuch, Am confused now, can you pls explain the logic behind it. Since Overhead is a cost, why should we create material and assign in in ODP1. Wont system consider it as a service material and create one more line item(3rd item) as a SM-REPHOUR. Pls clarify, and is there any document on this to go through and understand.

And one more doubt, EK01 is the condition type to represent costs in Service quotation quotation or EK02?

Hi,

Its all driven by your ODP1, If you are using SM-REPHOUR for both labour and overhead cost, then how you will be justify? Still you are using the same, make the setting as shown in earlier post.

EK01-Actual Costs and EK02 Calculated costs. so use EK01 for quotation or simple to use PR00-Price.
