FMS To Generate Production Orders

Hello Experts

I need someone to help with a FMS

In a sales order I have created a column called RDR1 [U_GenerateProduction with a drop down with Yes & No

What I need is when a user selects Yes from the dropdown and clicks update the FMS should generate production orders for the row

Any ideas to help me would be much appreciated

To create a production order, it is not possible to achieve through FMS, not idea why use FMS in topic.

I would say to use workflow is a way to do it.

Check the page for workflow samples.

I have to say SAP B1 workflow is still not very user friendly. But for your work, it should not be too hard. If u familiar with DI, you can achieve this through DI too. If u are not familiar with either of them, then it is better to ask someone do it for u.
