SAP HR package migrate on cloud

hi all ,

As a recent discussions in diff threads when will be the total HR package will be moving on to the cloud and already many companies are running  SAP software for payroll and time management  from past 20 years and got satisfied in their business process now success factors came into picture , so when all these modules like time and payroll will be totally converted to cloud as i know pcr and schemas and rules r not available in the success factors , and many of them are learning sap hr core modules even sf has came into existence and is it the right time to move to sf for the companies , as my company is thinking one software shud be there for all the HR solutions

Technologies or Tools will get changed in day to day business process and depends on market strategy what we have to do is try to learn core functionalities which remains same forever.

Adopting to a technolgy will happen any way, once we know core business process. Later we can think how to map them in the system with available functionalities.

We are good and strong in core process some how we can understand what is the new product,what is the architecture behind it and how we can map our business.

Finally we can say all these will not happen in a day but in day to day business process we learn them as well.

So try to learn SAP and Successfactor before this understand core business process it helps you in many ways.
