Internal error while refreshing dashboard in SAP BO4.1'getSession InfoSEX' API (ERR_WIS_30270)

Dear Expert,

Dashboard is behaving very strange we are facing an issue of Proxy error while refreshing dashboard. It is an intermittent error.

Error : Fatal exception Error

com.bussinesobject.corba.container.proxy.....

while calling 'getSession InfoSEX' API (ERR_WIS_30270)

I have analysed and found that at the back end Web server got crashed.

Note KBA 1975750 is provided but unable to open states wrong url.

Could anyone please give some highlight.

Try installing BI 4.1 SP6 as lot of issues with BIWS are fixed on this patch

Check if WACS service is enabled with the BIWS.

PS: I have analysed and found that WEB server got crashed as per threads that I have read.

Did you try restarting the services?

No, since it's an intermittent error and moreover it's a production server
