Hello Harshad,
SCM environment is a little bit different then the ECC side. SCM-SNC does not keep the data like ECC where its much more dependent on the key figures.
You can use below transaction code to view the key figure data.
/SCA/TSDMTEST - Test TSDM
After seeing the data, you can go to below customizing and see the ODM tables:
SPRO --> SCM Basis --> Order Document Management --> Configure Order Document Management
