Default Shop paper at plant level

I have a requirement which is as follow. We have 4 plants 3 order types and 3 shop papers.

Plant	Order Type	Shop paper
1000	pm01	Z101
	pm02	Z102
	pm03	Z103
2000	pm01	Z101
	pm02	Z102
	pm03	Z103
3000	pm01	Z101
	pm02	Z102
	pm03	Z103
4000	pm01	Z101
	pm02	Z102
	pm03	Z103

Requirement is to make Z101 shop paper default in plant 1000 for all the order types.

I have done the below settings

OID2
Doc type	shop paper	selection
*	Z101	(X)

OIDH
user	plant	PG	shop paper
*	1000	*	Z101

With the above settings, Z101 is default in plant 1000. But the concerns are

1) In Plant 1000 orders, only Z101 is available. In IW32, i cannot see the other shop papers i,e, Z102 and Z103.

2) For other plants like 2000, 3000 and 4000,  i am getting error " No user specific parameters are maintained.

Your inputs in this regard are highly appreciated.

Hi Sadiq,

I am not sure about 2 question but for 1,OIDH you can assign your all shop papers to plant 1000. After this when you are going to create new order,only then you will see all assigned shop papers.

Thanks for your reply.

Actually query is about making the single shop paper default in a particular plant.

That i am able to get it. But in order, i am not able to see the reaming shop papers which are assigned but not default. Also i am getting error in orders of other plants for which OIDH entries are not maintained.

     - Basic settings

          -print control

              - 1 Define shop paper, Forms & Outputs Programs

                    - Assign permitted shop papers

                    For specific shop paper choose selection check box as tick on.

               - 2 Define Printer

                    - Set User specific Print defaults

                    Application area - O

                    user *****

                    Plng Plant 1000

                    PlannerGrp ***

                    ShopPaper z***
