Is it possible to change the format of the Literal Date Field? Currently, I believe, the format is MM/DD/YYY. Can it be changed to have the format: YYYYMMDD?
Regards,
Jarred
As of SP4 Patch 4, you cannot specify the date format for literal date fields in the console.
However, in Syndicator, you can specify the date format in the map properties tab.
You can choose the format you want to in Syndicator, that conforms to the requirements of the remote system.

Hi J.A.
You can change format of Literal Date to MM/DD/YYYY or YYYYMMDD or DD.MM.YYYY
There are two ways of doing this.
1) Suggested by A.T.
2) At the time of mapping in import manager you can change it to any of the above format. Go to Import Manager Configuration>Dates> Date format... Set default date format here...
Hope it clears your doubt...

Ron
