Tax Data - Sales Org 1 view

I have many materials that have many Tax Category/Tax Jurisdiction combinations.  How can I easily enter this data at time of sales org creation?

This is example.  this item Qc1, Sales Org S009 has 25 Tax Category codes to be entered.  Is there any table that can be maintaned to hold the information for the TAX DATA?  I have seen with some of our materials, the code is autopopulated in.  How does that happen?

Take the help of technical team and write some code will automatically copy the data.
