Delete/disconnect CUA in child system from landsacpe when master system is down

Hello All,

On Service market place, I am getting error "Unsupported product SAP Workplace . Please select a valid product and version”.

So we decided to completely delete our CUA system in DEV environment. I am not able to even apply temp license  because of old license is older than 30 days.

As CUA in DEV environment is not functional anymore because of license issue, I am trying to cut off child system from CUA. CUA or master system is not functional at all right now. In child system, I tried tcode/path  "SALE - > Modelling and Implementing Business Processes - > Maintain Distribution Model and Distribute Views -> Model views - > Central User Administration", but it only shows in display mode.

Could you please, suggest how to delete CUA completely from child system when master system is not functional anymore.
