cant find SAPDAA_97 and DAA agnet

Hi all, All of a sudden am not able to see SAPDAA_97 service or DAA agent in one of the satellite system, Could someone guide me how to get it back. Thanks & Regards, Kaushik G

Paste the Diagnostic log file ,start the DAA manually.
