External candidate profile/application and zip code verification?
We have encountered a couple issues with external candidates taken through the E-Recruiting process and when an offer is accepted and the data is transferred, our HR personnel receive an error during the PA48 action that the zip code is not valid for a state.
Is there any standard configuration I'm missing that will force the external candidate to enter in a valid zip code upon profile creation so the HR associate doesn't not encounter this error after the PA48 action has begun. We are forced to verify it upon a hire action, why not prevent an error in the process by verifying at the time the external candidate saves and releases their profile? The zip code table (V_T5UZC) is there to use, why isn't E-Recruiting using it?
