Release Date of SAP Lumira 1.29

Hi,

Kindly let me know the probable release date for SAP Lumira 1.29, from SAP post came to know that it is going to be release at November.

Will SAP Lumira 1.29 support BW connection (BEX) as a datasource.

Now we are using excel files to create the Lumira Report, Kindly share if any document is available for 1.29 related to this topic !

Hi,

i'm confused by your post , lumira desktop has supported 'download from BW' for quite some time (~ 6 months)

What version around you using?

You need to manage the Extension - to download it

Hi,

From the desktop, you need to go:  File > Extensions > Extensions Manager > "SAP BW Data Acquisition Connector"

I can't remember if LS4BIP SP25 has BW refresh capabilities (when viewed from BIplatform). But certainly SP27-SP28 does.

the internal release decision for SP29 is coming this week, so hopefully you will see the software sometime 'early November'
