Hello,
We have 2 server licenced for small business edition on windows 32 bits, both servers are running Sybase ASE 12.5.3
We would like to migrate to SAP ASE 16
Is it allowed to install thoses licences on Linux 64 bits servers, requesting new licence keys of course ?

Hello Christophe,
It is my understanding that you will need to work with SAP Sales to transfer Product/License entitlements from v125.x to v16.0 on a different OS platform. In this way, your customer profile
will properly reflect the entitlements you negotiated with SAP Sales.
Please use the information in the SAP Note 1660069 to contact SAP Sales (attached)
Regards,
Michael

Hi Chris,
I would advise you to make contact with your SAP account manager. There are changes/different views concerning this subject between (former) Sybase and (today's) SAP.
Regards,
Harry
