Refresh Option - Latest Instance Greyed Out

I've puta crystal report into my dashboard using Live Office and I want to be able to refresh this dashboard with data from the latest instance of the report but this option is greyed out. The only option I have is 'On Demand'.

The crystal report is saved into enterprise and has instances already created but it doesn't seem to be picking up this data.

I'm using Dashboard 4.1 SP4 and Crystal reports 2013

What have I done wrong.

Hi Stuart,

Try to click "Refresh All objects" in Live office once. Also make sure you have instance created. Post this you should be able to see the option to refresh based on instance in the object properties.
