Session opened with Webi Reports

Hello,

   I have a question about the session opened when I run a webi report, in fact i am seeing that each time there is a "Information Design Tool" session opened with my webi report. my reports are manly based on bex queries. Why does these session open and how can I handle them to make sure that I release them once the report is closed.

How are you checking "Information Design Tool" session is opening?

Hello

Just login to CMC and go to session, click on user session and you will see details.

Does Webi based on Bex require Information Design tool additional session

ideally should not open the IDT session.
