Not able to enter deactivation date in Asset master

ar02  -deleted assets appearing in ar02 asset  ids deleted in 2014 and earlier are still appearing in the ar02 report , while putting deactivation date is Asset master its trowing another error

DEACTIVATION IS NOT POSSIBLE ,DEPRECIATION AREA 92 HAS ACQUISITION VALUE

Hi,

For asset, if it has value, whether fully depreciated or not, you have to use retirement function to deactivate it. And system will update the deactivation date after retirement.

Only for the asset there is no transactions, you can enter this date directly.

Hi, the fixed asset has still book value. Check values with tr. AW01N for depr. area 92.

Hi, use tr. ABAVN repectively ABAON to deactivate fixed asset.
