Hi ALL,
When i execute BAPI 'BAPI_GET_DETAIL' by giving 500 location products as input i get following messages returned for some of the location products :
"Invalid selection condition for selection of plann ing object" and "Time series has to be updated".
Can you help me out in understanding what can be the cause of this and can i find errors returned by this BAPI listed somewhere and cause for that.
primary concern is to solve this problem.Win full points for the help !
Thanks in Advance,
Chandan Dubey
BAPI GETDETAIL for reading what part of data?
BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL2??
if so,
its possible the selection id you have used is not valid in the planning area.
check if products and locations are part of the planning book
the time period you have used is over the Timeperiod for which the planning book is setup for or even exceeding the planning area

Hi Harish,
I am trying to extract 90 days of data from planning book starting from the current date, but looking at the storage bucket profile attached to the planning book its end date is year 2005.
Am i getting this message because of this reason? But messages i am getting only for a few location products, why others are getting extracted properly.
At the same time when i schedule for 1 location only separately then it is extracting everything and not returning any message.
when i try to run 3 locations simultaneously i see this message.
Could you please through some light on this?
Thanks ,
Chandan
interesting you are abl to extract data for a few loc-product!!
I wouldve thought you should not be able to extract for any since your Plannin book /Data view will not have data
Can you run a report /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONSISTENCY_CHECK for the planning are that your PB is attached to with a repair and log option and see what happens?
Hi Chandan
Pls check the selection parameters before executing the BAPI. Looks like selection of location is incorrect
pls check and let me know
regards
Vijay
