Insurance Cost capture

Dear All,

We want to activate Insurance expenditure with assets.I was trying to do it with Plant Maintainance.My thinking was that we have already made equipment in IE01 with their Asset code also maintained in that.The logical thinking is to create activity in Work centre of Insurance and in PM order we fill it with actual expendiures.But i am not clear with actual process what it should be?

If i try to do this thing then what should be unit of this activity,should it be in terms of Rs or what.

I shall be thankful to provide me standard way of doing this.

In asset accounting there is node for insurance activate the same (screen shot ),then through sort version make any type of report with equipment.
