RE-FX - Contract status profile Lock/unlock master data

Dear Experts,

I'm new here. please help.

My requirement is to lock a contract (master data) when the status profile of that contract was change to the specific one. and use the user that have an authorize to unlock this status profile to unlock the master data as well.

I don't know how to config in T-code: OK02 to lock master data if anyone know how to config it. please tell me

Can any one suggest the solution for this problem please. I try to use BAPI_RE_CN_CHANGE but it didn't work well with status profile.

Hi,

You have to use User Status option to manage your requirement.

Here at each level, you can specify which business transaction is allowed.

See screen shot for reference.

For user status 10, allowed business transaction are shown in below screen shot.

Can I ask you about how to unlock it. Now I can lock the contract by status profile but I don't know how to unlock it.

Hi Tanawat,

In the same status number (say 10), you can not have both the options. For this you have to change the user status first (say 20), under this status, allow Business transaction for unlocking the contract.
