Hello Anitha,
This is probably a "ghost session" : a user indeed logged out from FC but is still locking objects. It sometimes happens when there are network issues.
The quickiest way to resolve this problem is to kill his session within the FC Administration Console (if you have access to it). Otherwise just wait the regular FC timeout to close his connection.

Olivier

Hi Olivier,
I had killed his session using admin console rights, still the problem exist.
This error persist since yesterday morning.I think his session would had been timed out too, but still We are not able to open or run that particular consolidation definition.
Today we need to upload data for plan 2016. could you please help me in this to resolve.
Anitha
Anitha,
Did you check in the admin console that there is no consolidation stuck in an infinite loop ? If it is the case you can see the consolidation running under activity section of the console (with a session type called batch). You can try to kill it then.
Otherwise I would suggest to restart the datasource.
Regards,
Olivier
