f4 help issue for Material numbers in MM01/MM03

Hi Experts,

We have recently done client copy in Dev system from Prod.

We are facing issue particularly in MM01/MM03 to search Material master numbers (f4).

The search result is empty.

When we put material type and activate or save it.... then only those entry showed when we search next time.

We have checked in MARA table all entries are exists, but it is not showing in MM01 f4 help lists of Material.

Our SAP_BASIS or SAP_ABA level is release 700 SP 28

SAP_APPL is release 600 SP 18.

oracle 12c

We ave found 1 sap note (0001493766) for similar issue .......but "SAP Note 0001493766 COM_SE_SEARCH044: selection via collective srch help S_MAT1"      is not relevant to current version of sap.
