Packages for equipment in preventive maintenance

Hi

I need to develop a ALV report with output of equipment no , preventive maintenance cycle for equipment nos ,task list group & group counter no (both equipment & general task list) ,  maintenance plan no ( both single cycle plan & strategy plan) ,maintenance item no upon passing range of equipment nos . Could you please let me know required tables . Thanking you in advance for your support .

Hi Pete,

IP19 t-code is period based (we need to enter period) & also report will come only for those equipment for which maintenance plan is created & subsequently scheduled. Apart from scheduled maintenance plan , we need to trace also those equipment for which only task list or maintenance plan are created . Is there any stadard report available ?

On one client we had to write our own exception/error report to do this.

From memory there are a few things that it checked for:

• Multiple plans for the same equipment
• Redundant equipment in Object List
• Equipment without plans
• Equipment with plans, but which were not scheduled
• Scheduled plans with inactive task list, or no task list operations
• Scheduled strategy plans without packages assigned
• Plans with multiple items, which used different packages with conflicting heirarchies
• Annual estimates vs real time data (looking for inaccurate annual estimates)
• Inactive work centres in task lists/maintenance items
• Etc

Hello Pranjal,

See these tables: Left side in the diagram T351, MHIS, MPLA, MPOS. Use these tables and develop your custom report the way it is not available in the standard tcodes.

Also see this picture to know what tables I used in a SAP query to develop a custom report (Table T351 is not there, because this report did not involve Strategy data. you can use that if you want)

Also there are Logical Databases on Planning database PNI  and PNM.
