Account is competitor

Hello experts,

one of our C4C customers has accounts who are his competitors at the same time. If now the address of the company changes, the account object and the competitor object need to be updated.

The work-around I suggested was to use the business partner relationship function to connect the account and the competitor object. If the address changes the customer at least knows which other object has to be updated.

Is there any more professional solution to avoid this redundant data administration?

Hi Ulla,

You can also send a notification once the address gets updated.
