one user getting dump on icagent interaction record screen?

Hi Team ,

one user facing the issue While clicking on interaction record on ICAGENT ,now its getting dump ,other users its working fine.so could you please provide me any solutions

It is strange that this issue happens only to one user.

Is he using a business role different from other users? Please check SAP KBA :

i have already checked the note 1823758, here my system have same configurations.any parameter we need to add for particular user ? any missing parameter please help.only one user facing this issue.

Are all the business roles, operations exactly the same between this user and other users? For example, if they search the same account ID, confirm it, then click 'interaction record' menu?  If the user processes some different objects before he clicks on 'interaction record' menu?

If all these are exactly the same, please make st01 authorization trace and check if there is any authorization problem.

Regarding parameter -- you can check if this user have some special parameter in SU3 comparing with other users.

here few users operates all business roles, but one one user we are not supposed to give all authorizations.

-> user ope icagent bussines role ,click on interaction record work center then it is coming dump.

->i have comparing with other users one parameter i have added Z:SAP_ALL then this time i am not getting any dump. but we are not supposed to add this parameter here.

-> so how to avoid this issue. please help.

Hello Kalpana,

It seems now we can say that this issue is caused by authorizations.

Have you made ST01 authorization trace? If the RC=0, it means the authorization is ok.

Please find out the entries whose RC is not 0. Are they all for SAP_ALL?  I have expected authorizations missed other than S_DEVELOP.
