The Extractors 0CO_OM_CCA_9 (Delta Loading) , 0CO_OM_CCA_1( Full Loading) getting Zero Records into SAP BI System.

Hi Frnds,

Problam : The Extractors 0CO_OM_CCA_9 (Delta Loading) , 0CO_OM_CCA_1( Full Loading) getting Zero Records into SAP BI System.

Recently we have done EHP Upgradetion for ECC System. After that we are faceing this problem. Info Package Request is getting successful but pulling "Zero" Records. I have checked through RSA3 in ECC For both the extractors, There it self it is showing "Zero" Records.

In Info Package request monitor status tab it is showing below message.

No data available

Diagnosis

The data request was a full update.

In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not

contain any data.

System Response

Info IDoc received with status 8.

Procedure

Check the data basis in the source system.

Please help(any additional patches, Notes or settings required) me on this as soon as possible.

Hi Sekhar,

Please check whether the Extraction User is having the required Authorization

Go to SM37 and check the log of the extraction job and also check the user of that job has the required authorization.

Hi Sekhar,

Please cross check about required authoritarians.

Thru SU53, you may find missing authorizations.

Run RSA3 and check for authorizations at SU53.

It shows there is no record to extract, in that system, for that extractor.

Can you try running the Extractor in the RSA3/RSA2. If it is fetching the records there, please replicate the extractor again and try. Else share the output,what you are getting ,
