Unable to send an email business objects 4 sp4

Dear All,

We have business objects 4 sp4..and i have done the required configuration to send an email..in the destination of Adaptive job server. I have maintained all the domain,port and the exchange IP but when iam sending any report to any email its not working..I am not recieving any email.

Also I have business objects 3.1 where i have done the same conifg and its working fine I am able send the reports from there..

Do we have to maintain any thing specific in Busines objects 4.0 SP4 ..? Or where can i check the logs..?

Check if your BO server is talking to email server

thanks...

Servers are talking to each other..checked with ping and telenet..where can i check the logs..?

You can check the logs logging folder and also when the schedule ran, did you see any error?
