Hi,
I could see that the delivery header has got weight unit of measure as LB. Can someone please tell me how will header in delivery gets default value for unit of measure?

Check the sales order and their change history, maybe a user maintained it there.
Check the material master alternative unit screen, scroll to the right to see the weight unit .
