Hi all,

Using MSSQL 2012, SAP B1 v9.1 PL09 and Crystal Report 2013 SP2,

In Crystal Report

I cannot create a new connection using a SAP Business One data source because I see no Compagny database in the Connexion details windows

(see attached screen copies)

The following SAP note described a similar issue but  which applies to SAP Crystal Reports 2008 SP05 and B1 8.82

1753545 - SAP Business One Connections for SAP Crystal Reports cannot be used

According to this notemally this issue has been fixed in 8.82 PL09

so could anyone help  ?

Try to reinstall crystal report and SAP business one addins.

HI Christian,

You won't see companies in the list until you connect to SQL either using trusted or a user & password in the Database user section

It seems ur crystal report is 32 bits and SQL driver is 64 bits. that will cause this problem.
