i add and group then i set a summary follow the group
when the summary status show how can i set the summary can not be select

I got you now. When you double click on group record then it is opening one more screen (pic. 3) and you want to disable that.
In Design mode go in the section where you have group fields, now Insert a text box which should cover entire section. i.e. left to right full section then you place group objects inside text box.
This will prevent double clicking option (drill down) .

First of all I am not clear what you are trying to do. You want to inset a summary based on a group which you have created ? If so, right click on the numeric field which is there in report detail section and go in Insert --Summary-- It will display a window where you can click on a drop down which is there in Summary location and select your group name or you may click in check box 'Add to All Group Levels'
This will insert summary.

I think you want to hide summary based on summary status .
If that is what you are looking then do the following :
Right click on Summary then go in properties and click on formula editor of Suppress X+2 and give below condition.
If {SummaryStatus} = 'Y' then true else false
