Just an opinion here but just about everything SAP/BI is being developed in java to be platform independent, also the primary reason to use IIS was for AD SSO which is also available in all versions. If at all possible use a java portal with BI, .net just doesn't work with BI the way it used to years back, and development wise is more of an afterthought.
If you must use IIS then simply run opendocument links or java SDK code and don't bother with an integration kit, in this respect you won't have to wait for versions, compatibility, bugs etc.
