Change Documents for Notification Tasks/Activities ?

Are there change documents for notification tasks and activities?
I am specifically looking for if tasks or activities have been deleted, when and by who.

Hello Peter,

The deleted lines are still available in the tables VIQMSM and VIQMMA for Tasks and Activities respectively. You can identify them by value  'X'  in KZLOESCH field. (I hope you know that these table can be reached through SE11 or SE16 tcodes).

Also try CDHDR and CDPOS tables (Presently I'm unable give you verified answer on this).
