Enable Assignment block for Business Role

Hi All,

Currently Parties involved Assignment block for Incidents is hidden for the business role .

Can you please let me know how to enable it?

Hello Bharat,

You can do the same in the configuration mode of your business role.

Please check below enabling the configuration mode.

The config is already done but this dosent displays the Parties involved block.

Is there any other way for it.

Hi,

You need to click on the second wrench setting button and then choose the business partners(in ITSM) and parties involved (In charm)

Hi,

The problem is the Partner component (BTPARTNER) is not available in the list of available assignment blocks.

Can you let me know how to get the partner assignment block in it.

Hi

Yes on toolbar itself click on 4th button (pencil) as personalization, and then check if it is coming in the available assignment blocks.

I think we need to bring the BTPARTNER in the list of available assignment blocks.

i guess you have not copied the main layout properly, you need to copy it again from default.

For ZMIN/YMIN.

In the component AIC_IM_REQ_H I have defined the component usage for the BTPARTNER, it was not there earlier, and now its coming.

Dear Bharat,

It seems to me I currently have the same problem. If I understood correctly, you did not have an assignment block when customizing a business role?

Could you briefly explain to me, how you defined the component usage? Where is the setting located in spro or somewhere else?
