Currently Parties involved Assignment block for Incidents is hidden for the business role .
Can you please let me know how to enable it?

You can do the same in the configuration mode of your business role.
Please check below enabling the configuration mode.

It seems to me I currently have the same problem. If I understood correctly, you did not have an assignment block when customizing a business role?
Could you briefly explain to me, how you defined the component usage? Where is the setting located in spro or somewhere else?
