Report incident error
After iI create my email template was a dump. I try to report to SAP but "cannot send to the provider, please update your e-mail address and/or telephone number". I already have my e-mail on the business user, what i need to do more?

Please check of the contact details have been maintained for the concerned user through th below steps.
1.In the section Users open the Employees view
2.Use the Find field via name search or look the table list via scroll bar
3.Highlight/click the user and click on Edit
4.Find the section IN-HOUSE COMMUNICATION where the e-mail address can be maintained
If not report an incident to sap through other channels like calling the Cloud Hotline or using the SAP Cloud Business Center[sma.sap.com].
