Bonded Warehouse Stock not updating in Custom Warehouse Reports

Hi Experts

In the Inbound activities, our Inbound Declarations are captured under Custom Warehouse but the stock is not getting updated in Custom Warehouse Report i.e. " Display Opening/Closing Stock ".

For one custom ID ( different country) it is working but not for other. Are we missing any Activation which is specific to Custom ID.The only difference we observe between them was of missing Authorization while creating Import declaration.Have already created the authorization as well but still it is not getting picked.

Not sure whether missing authorization is root cause or we are missing some activation which is custom id specific or something else is missing.Appreciate your valuable inputs on the same in Advance.

Thanks

Hi Jaagrit,

For the problem Customs ID; is it otherwise working ok?  That's to say:

  • You have activated the ECPID,
  • Master data entries for the ECPID appear in table /SAPSLL/PRBWH
  • Duty-unpaid stock shows in the Stock Overview, following the creation of Import Declarations.

Please confirm - thanks.

Hi Dave

Thanks for your response.

ECPID is already activated and table /SAPSLL/PRBWH is also updated.

But Custom Warehouse Report i.e."Display Stock Overview" and " Display Opening/Closing Stock " are blank and that is our issue.

Thanks

Hi Jaagrit,

Are the Goods Receipt items appearing in the work-list for Import into CWH?  And, if so, are you able to create the Import Declarations ok?

If you can create Imports into CWH, then please check the "Admin." tab in the Declaration Item and confirm the Destination Procedure - is it showing "Customs Warehouse"?  If so, then what do you see in the "Receipts & Issues" list for the related Product(s)?

Regards,

Dave
