Express Information pop up coming again & again

Dear Sir,

I was doing SMTP configuration in Quality for sending automatic emails to concern person with the help of ABAP program.

But now i am getting pop of Express Information within a minute for only basis user. plse tell me how to solve this issue.

I am attaching error file with this.

Hi Atul,

a SAP workflow might now use the SMTP interface and provide, as no users was defined, to all users this express documents.

Check out the express document and work, if needed, with the workflow creator/activator.
