How to save or download appraisal document in PDF format ?

can anyone please explain me the steps to download or save the appraisal document in PDF format or any format

and also is it HCM or I'll need abap or basis consultant ??

It's available to save and transport. In this case you can download the category in PC (your drive) and after that upload in the target system.

after that you can save it:

In this way also you can save the appraisal template

Dear shirin and Tania ,

thank you so much for reply i'm really appreciate it 

but my question is to download the document after the employees / managers fill it  in the portal ESS

cause in our business the employees login ESS then fill the appraisal document first then the their managers fill it again after them

so I need to let them to download it through ESS after filling to keep it in their drivers
