Show Data in Excel Format embedded in SAP directly - ABAP Report

Hi, Experts,

We have a Z report showing an ALV Grid. The client is needing to see the content in Excel format embedded in SAP directly.

We dont know how we can integrate our report with Excel to get the next result like a standard report,

The next is a standard report and we can see the funcionality that we are needing in our Z report

-> Select Options--> Options

Office integration-> XLS

Excel directly from SAP

Hi, you said yours is ALV grid report then you can find the excel download option in the tool bar itself. What problem you are facing while downloading the excel through options->...?

Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 Button you can download into excel.

Hi,

If you are using ALV, grid display, you should have the microsoft excel icon in the application toolbar , control+shift+f7 to display in excel format.

Please note that you have to click change layout and change the view to excel.
