Issue screen details with Service Address

Hi

When the enduser is trying of display  information of Address, the system is showing bad the information of the field City.

I have done a debugging and the problem is the class: CL_CRM_GENIL_CONT_SIMPLE_OBJ ,

IF_GENIL_CONT_SIMPLE_OBJECT~GET_ATTRIBUTES, in the line enclosed in box red.

Anyone know a note for solve this issue?

How about in PA20 is it showing correctly there? Is it showing Key instead of Value (from Key/Value) pair?

In the t.code PA20, the system display the information right.

the class you found is for CRM? Please check with standard screen if its wokring fine first from Se80
