In GRC 10.1 Approval status showing PENDING

Hi Team

The access reqeust which i create in Dev system shows decision pending although requst is approved at all stages .The provisioning is not hapenning.I have attached the screen shot.

I have checked all parameter and settings and all looks fine.Tried to regenerate MSMP but no success.

Please let me know if anyone has faced this issue before and its resolution

could you select Administration for the request, and see at which stage the request is pending at. Is this happening for all requests or only this one?

you can also see message log, of this instance, in GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD.

This issue is for all request.

I also tried to troubleshoot with GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD.

I checked under administarion path and it shows instance status pending insipte of requests approved at all stage. Also audit logs attached.Please see below

Check the below SAP KBA and implement the mentioned note 1772759 for correction

1846307 - Status remains as Decision Pendig for Approved requests.

Note num 1772759 is for not applicable to our system as we are on higher level

Hi,

Could you checkin your ZSOD_OWNER stage, has 'approval type: Any one approver' or All approvers?. If it is All approvers, then it is pending approval from the remaining approvers.

ZSOD_OWNER stage has only one approver.

Also this issue is with Path which has no stage

your screenshot shows stage ZSECADM , for path ZSOD_OWNER, and the request has been forwarded to multiple approvers at this stage.

So, show your stage settings

I have found the root cause for this in our system .the belwo note was causing a issue so i have de implemeted the same and now workflow is working fine.

Just out of curiosity how did you narrow down to the note. Did you debug the application to realise that the part of code was affected by the note corrections or was it SAP who suggested the same?

We troubelshooted and narrowed down the changes done and note implemented as the issue was happening since couple of weeks.
