Hi,
I'm currently working on building an SBO Cloud Landscape using four virtual machines: a domain controller, a SQL server, an RDS presentation server and a server for CCC all on Windows Server 2012 R2. Things have been going pretty well but I'm now having problems with all 3 of the SLD Agents not showing up in the Cloud Control Center. The install for the SLD Agents went fine, I didn't see any errors installing the agents or the dependencies but they just won't show under Landscape Management > SLD Agents. I can see the XML file at the svc link and I don't see any errors in the logs for the agents.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jason Cruickshank

The solution was to install the trusted certificate on each system where an SLD agent is installed in "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" in MMC.
