View all messages for a customer with end user
In my company we are implementing SAP Solution Manager 7.1 but one of our customers needs to see all the messages created in his comany.
User1 from Company1 creates a messages, after that User2 from the same company creates another message. In this company there is one user (UserKU) that needs see both messages not only messages created by his own.
Users create messages through SM_CRM transaction and they see these messages in the same page.
End users have the following roles.
