Lost E-mail when convert Lead to Opportunity
When a lead is converted to opportunity the e-mail registered in the lead is lost.
Anyone know anything about this?
When you create follow-ups in C4C such as a follow-up oppty from a lead, it does not carry over the transactions (such as activities) from the previous document. In the case of "converting to opportunity" you are not really converting it, but instead creating a follow-up oppty from the lead.
