Dear Friends,
I am working in crm 5.0 version. We have configured subject profiles with service order to determine the reasons. It was working fine. but now while creating a transaction subject code is not determined.
I have check all the customizing, everything is as per the standard.
It was observed that crm_order_read does not fetch the subject profile.
Please advise to solve out.

Did you assign you subject profile to your transaction ?
Did you create Schema using IC- Manager and assign your subject profile there ?
We had face same issue , some times back .It turn out be a configuration issue related to categorization schema. It will be really helpful to analyze the problem , if share screen shot of your configuration.

Hello Sangram ,
As I have stated earlier , you can log into CRM web-ui using IC -Manager business role. Then from "knowledge search "(navigation bar ) select categorization schema, From there either you can create a new schema or assign subject profile to a pre-built schema
